Exchange, Return and Refund Policy

Exchanging or refunding of a product(s) will only be permitted if it is in its original packing, unopened and in the same condition it was posted.

Any products showing signs of wear will not be exchanged or refunded. Customers wanting items exchanged or refunded must contact Nature’s Hair sales team by email  - sales@natureshair.com.au – within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Refunds will only be credited to customers once the product has been received by Nature’s Hair and inspected for signs of wear and/or tampering.

It is the responsibility of the customer to pay for the postage of any exchanged or refunded product. Nature’s Hair provides a 100% money back guarantee on any products on our site that adhere to the policy outlined above.  

Pricing and GST

Nature’s Hair reserves the right to change the prices on products at any time. All products on Nature’s Hair website will include the standard GST rate of 10%.

Postage

All products posted within Australia will be sent through Australia Post and/or TNT. Postage rates will be calculated during the checkout process. Postage prices will vary depending on size and weight of items ordered.
